        DHS IT IS your job to be informative of changes that occur to your clients case. You are continuously failing at this responsibility and screwing up cases. Even if youre getting some kind of stipend to screw up cases you shouldnt - bc youre messing with peoples lives. My own cases has been refused answers WHICH IS YOUR JOB TO PROVIDE even after sending 3 faxes REQUESTING CLARIFICATION to cases changes bc No DOCUMENTATION WAS PROVIDED. (Edited 3/1/24) I will not be a sheep and use a dumb call center to discuss my case. I will not use online case services.
