This is my favorite auto repair shop in all of the upper peninsula, they're so honest I had my car towed to them due to having water in my gas tank they told me what the problem was and did not charge me. I have had nothing but good experiences with them over the past 7 years that I have dealt with them.

Daughter hit a pole with her front tire on her way up to visit us, it damaged the control arm and possibly the cv axle shaft, closest shop was RPM. We called them, they said they could get us in the next Tuesday, so we had the car towed there. Tuesday came and went, called on Wednesday, they said they haven't had a chance to look at it, called Friday, still haven't looked at it, and then told her they couldn't work on it. So we wasted over a week waiting on them, and they didn't do anything, they didn't even get it in the shop to look at it. Then they referred her to a body shop, even though there was no body damage, the problem was mechanical. I'm not sure what kind of repair shop can't replace a lower control arm, or a CV Axle shaft, but I guess we were lucky enough to find one. I would find somewhere else.

The only place that didn't tell me they were understaffed and didn't have time for my quick work on my tire. In and out in 30 mins. Saved my day from having a broken valve stem on my tire.
