Baskin-Robbins

Avoid this Baskin-Robbins at all costs. I ordered a cake for my hubby's birthday 3 days in advance. It was supposed to be ready at noon, I got a phone call at 2pm (as I pulled into the parking lot) to not come until 3pm as it wasn't ready yet... fine, not a big deal. I came at 4pm, not only was it clearly melted, but they also tried to give it to me like it's perfectly fine. My first and last time there. How they're in business is beyond me. Also, the workers there gave me the manager's phone number, I called her and she kept giving me excuses that she runs around several of the stores and couldn't get my cake on time and that she had just made my cake and she tried to persuade me that my ice cream cake is not melted because she had just made it... as I was staring at it absolutely melted. The audacity of actually giving it to me with a straight face is next level. Zero stars, I do not recommend

Service was great, think I came after peak hours so the wait wasn't long at all. Very nice staff despite occasional problematic working conditions- for example, one time the ac wasn't working and another time the fridge/freezer lost power...but I could tell they were trying their best to be accommodating I would recommend the gold medal ribbon ice cream

This is the absolute worst Baskin Robins. I Have gave them several opportunities over the last couple of months. I am done with this location. Over the couple months every time I go in they only have 6 or 7 flavors out 31 are you kidding me .Also they never have hot fudge they give you cheap chocolate syrup. This location is unbelievable they have a attitude on top that I am surprised that the corporate office hasnt looked into this franchisee This place is absolutely unbelievable . I cant see them being in business much longer

Stopped by June 14th to give this place another shot. I was pleasantly surprised to see the coolers and freezer completely full as this had not been the case in quite a while. The employee was quite helpful in assisting me to find a specific ice-cream in the freezer and in offering me a sample of a similar flavor. I had almost given up on this store but I am happy to say they have improved to the high standard one would expect from Baskin Robbins.
