Premiere came to my home to repair duct work under my home. There was a good amount of water under the home,they had to wait for the pump to get the standing water pumped out. They came back to finish the work regardless, armed with plastic sheeting to get the repair done in a very professional manner. Rick explained the problem and work to be done. Save your time and money people they been out to my house 4 different times and they dont do anything, they gave estimate and then came to the house and didnt do what they gave estimate for, then when we call they finally say they wont do the job. If you want the job done correctly message this and Ill give you the contact info for the company that did mine for 800$ less and did the right job the first time, took only 6 hours.

It's actually a very negative experience so far. I'm in mid repair. The communication is awful. The girl who answers the phone tries so hard. She IS an asset and I hope treated well.
