Heritage installed a French drain in our backyard.  In doing so, their crew covered up a number of sprinkler heads with topsoil and sod. We contacted the company and was told to call them in the spring if there were leaks or hidden heads. Needless to say there were. Someone came to inspect and acknowledged there was an issue with the work and that a crew would sent to repair. After a number of calls, there was no resolution.  Finally in July, the owner called (knowing we were on vacation) called and said the small print said they were not responsible for repairs and that they were DONE with us. How can a company NOT stand behind the work they do or the damage they cause? Very unprofessional.

hired this company last year. From the picture on their site I thought I would be hiring a good company. They over estimated me on topsoil , peat , and sod then arrived with half of what I paid for. The roses that arrived were half dead and probably  left over from a commercial job they had. Only one person on the crew was experienced, the majority of the crew were kids from the Wayne-Westland Schools jobs program and were very lazy workers. Took the kids a full day to clean out one flower bed because of their speed. I had to have them redo the contract and ended up doing the planting and mulching myself. The only thing they did good on the job was the brick work.
