They do a fantastic job. My husband let the dogs out and I was looking through the door wall at them wondering why he left the door wall open. As it turns out,the door wall was closed. It just looked open because my windows were so clean.

We've been lucky enough to have John and his crew take care of our window cleaning for quite a few years now and couldn't be happier.   Our sunroom sparkles, people always ask how we keep all those windows looking so good.

Saw their truck and made the call.  So glad I did! We have complicated security screens and previous screen and window companies have either broken them or returned them with the wrong windows resulting in triggering alarms.  John and his crew came by and did a fabulous job.  Not a single hiccup. Efficient and reasonably priced. They are professionals. I highly recommend I-Know-A-Guy Window Cleaning company!

We are very happy with John and Pam and their crew. Great job cleaning the windows and screens including cathedral. They are honest and professional. They were extremely efficient in how they work as a team. We have technically difficult and delicate security screens on all windows. We have had three window cleaning companies over the years, all of which claimed they had experience dealing with those type screens, only to learn later of their false claim resulting in very expensive service call by the security company to sort things out. John was completely honest. He came to give quote and straight away said, I don't know about security screens but willing to learn, I'm sure we can do it. We walked him through it and he did a fantastic job for better price. He also took care of the detail such as removing insect and birds nest set into the surrounding frame and moldings. The screens were beautifully cleaned as well. I give "I Know a Guy Window Cleaning" 5+ star rating. I also appreciate that it is a family owned businesses. You won't be disappointed.
