      image They sell used and refurbished phones for a lot of money and once you purchase the phone, the phone falls apart within a day. If you complain about it or try to talk to supervisor..... they don't care, they tell you to go somewhere else. For paying almost $200 for a phone, I deserve good quality. I found out from my friend that used to work for this location that they buy refurbished phones that are about to fall apart and charge extra. Once my contract is over, I'm going to go back to regular t-mobile. Metro is a scam and they don't care. A nickel and dime you for every little thing.
