Service techs ,Bill, Patrick and Adonis were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous They are 5 star. The "Office staff" seem to be non-existent. Never return calls. The emails were incorrect, It took 24 days to get a dryer repaired. I do want to single Patrick out. If it wasn't for Patrick the repair would not have happened. The service Techs raised my rating from 0 stars to for.

Did not show up in the window and they did not call me. Thru text I learned they had pushed my appointment to the following day in the same window. They then showed up 3 hours prior to the start of that window. I was not there of course because I work and that was the whole point of having an appointment window to begin with. Very bad business and customer care.

NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company. If you've already dialed the phone, HANG UP! I would have to imagine that anyone giving this sham of a company more than 1 star is either a shill or they work for SHS. The short of it all was the technician came to repair my dishwasher and had to order a part (all understandable at this point). So the part arrived via UPS 3 days later all busted up. Tried to call SHS and apparently there are no humans to talk to unless you are making an appointment or buying a warranty. finally after 2-3 hours of calls, holds and transfers I get to someone who can re-order the part. He says it's re-ordered. How should I track this? I added. His response was to check the email, text (all confirmed), or log into the website using the service number. Of course, no email, no text, and the website only displays 500-Internal Server Error. After waiting another 2+ weeks, I decided to finally call to cancel and obtain a refund. Another couple of hours of calls, waits, and transfers I finally get to a "supervisor". She tells me that the requests have been put in to cancel the order, send me shipping label for the broken part, and get a refund. I'll believe it when I see it since they said my confirmation of these requests would come via email, text, and online which of course never occurred (and yes, I checked the spam folder). So for the love of God, I would beg any one of you to NEVER, EVER, EVER use this scam of a company.
