        Gave 4 only because there is still work pending. He did an excellent job removing paint spots from utility room floor. Waiting on refrigerator seal, which he said he had to order. Also, holes in bedroom closet door need putty/fix. There are paint spots on the bathroom and kitchen floor. Overall, very happy with what has been done so far.
