place sucks now all they do is push rules on you now you cant have anything left in your yard without threats of taking your property the new management loves to send out threatening posts daily nothing works around here roads are cracked and broken but they have new suspension busting speed bumps that don't stay in place don't move here if you have kids or like any kind of freedom for living

used to be a nice freedom loving park . now management loves to flex their authority daily with the guidelines as a weapon you cant have anything in your yard or the management will threaten to steal it . they put in speed bumps but won't repair the road . rent keeps going up but you get less for it . overall its being turned into a terrible park by the heavy handed tactics of management and complete un caring demeanor of the park manager

This place sucks not only did I walk out to my car just to see a actual sticker on my windshield which normally I’d get but they literally put it right in my line of sight. I had to drive to work ducking the entire time because I didn’t have the time nor the items to remove the sticker so thanks guys you’re worse than Logan Estates
