I had a situation in my home and needed assistant from court. Amanda Hurst, spent 30 minutes on phone explaining the whole process to me very nicely even helped me to navigate to the forms on their website. Working with the court on that day completely changed my perception. Everyone in the court exceeded my expectations. I have worked with different courts in different countries the way Ottawa County Probate Court treated me and my case was phenomenal, due to the emergency they helped me on Friday almost close to the closing hours. Amanda was very responsive on emails and possess a great attitude. I was preparing my mind to get everything done early next week but honorable judge Mark Feyen attended my case right after when his hearing/meeting ended with previous party on Friday evening. Overall very happy with the experience and I am very thankful we have such a professional staff in these courts.
