        I gave them a 1 because 0 was not an option. My 11 Month old Kenmore freezer died. They came out, dont have the parts. Scheduled a repair 12 days later. Well now they tell me parts are "Backordered" they will let me know in 21 business days the status ( that's a calendar month MORE). so 6 + weeks without a freezer. Talking to to them on the Phone, your talking to a call center somewhere and their English is bad which does not help. They truly do not care about your appliance issue. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever gotten. DO NOT call them and most importantly do NOT buy a Kenmore product. Service: Repair refrigerator / freezer

        I had questions and the girl I talked to didn't speak very good English and it was hard to understand her an all she wanted to do is make me a appointment for them to come to my house and charger me money. Needless to say I didn't get my questions answered.
