        This company is full of liars, cheaters, and thieves. Constantly missed pick ups, never fully emptied out bins, had to call them every single week and argue with them, spoke to too many supervisors and managers, all who lied to me and still lied about fixing the problem. Still they charged me for a lock that wasn't broken, claimed they replaced the lock, but never did, and then tried to credit me for it after I called them out on it. In the end, I can't wait to break my contract with them and go to a better company. To anyone else, hoping to do business with them, avoid them at all costs, your sanity and wallet will be better off without Republic Services.
