        Very unprofessional , if you cant keep your promises dont do the job , it doesnt matter how small that job is , and they tell you if it is live or death go somewhere else, soo rude , dont do the job and give promises from the first place.

        Patrick did some work on my company's fire security system. He was timely and was professional while fixing the issue our system was having. He communicated what was being done as necessary and stayed until close to get the job done.
