        Fast shipping. Dextrusion Stair connectors were by far the easiest connector to use for aluminum balusters. Will use again!

        Was looking for some aluminum balusters to redo my wood spindles on my deck and came across the website and was able to order the quantity I needed and size and was able to get it same day! Thank you again for helping me finish my project! You guys rock!

        One star is too many for this joint. Poorest customer service Ive ever encountered. 3 day grace period for shipments so youd better check your orders. Ordered 4 posts with mounts for vinyl sleeves after successfully ordering one post. This second order was incomplete and my contractor couldnt use them as Deck Barn didnt pack the mounts! Emailed and Barn doodle told me it was passed their 3 day grace period. Asked them to just send the mounts. Money suckers are ignoring my emails. Going to BBB and filing credit dispute. These guys suck. Per your reply: you told me when I called you the first time to use email with the order number and you would get back to me...I haven't heard squat. I'm stuck with a useless box of junk. one of the four pipes isn't even the same length as the others. Yes my contractor had to go to home depot, which I paid for, and bought new poles with mounts, which I paid for...I'll gladly send these pipes back but you said I passed the 3 day grace period...So here we are arguing.

      Really?! your 1 email stated your contractor went to a local store (Home Depot) and bought the items to finish the job. You said you will need to return items. Shipping guidelines are all on the website to return the product. Manfred We have no reason to ignore you. We have never received items back to give a refund. I answer the phone 24/7. Nobody has called? We always provide tracking to follow items and to verify shipment when it arrives. Reply to last message,To return product Instructions are always on the website. 38925 Mi Ave Wayne Mi 48184 is the address. Again 3 day period is for package verification. Unfortunately, after that time I cannot be responsible for what happens to a package if somebody takes or loses something after that time. Yes we always prefer email so nothing is forgot or over heard. last email was you going to return product. I yet have seen your package back to us. You placed 3 orders with us. You have ONE pipe long because you ordered ONE 52" post. order #18181. No argument. Just simple rules. (which are all on the website)
