My mother called a few services around, they came and quoted the job with no response afterward. Sam got the job done within a few days albeit being busy. Recommend 100%.

I called Top Tier after another company was late. With a prompt response the tree pruning was evaluated at a very fair price. The pruning took place while I was at work and when I returned home found they did much more than I could have ever expected. They took care of cleaning up a brush pile that wasn't part of the job. The 84 year old neighbor watched and told me they really knew what they were doing since a major branch extended over his garage. He was so impressed that he said he would use them when getting some trimming and pruning done. I paid half before the job started and the other when complete. I left a check in an envelope in my porch and let him get it upon completion of the job. I can now get my garage roof replaced. I had a branch that came down, but was still attached to the tree, and it was hanging in my yard. I messaged them on Facebook and got a response within an hour and scheduled a time for a quote the for the next morning. When Sam got to my house he told me that he could get the job done in now instead of coming back later. Within 1.5 hours he had the branch cleared away and everything picked up. He yet above and beyond to make sure that every small stick was picked up. I highly recommend Top Tier and will be calling them next time I have any issues with a tree
