I hate when I get my bag of food an I find the fries just dumped in the bottom of my bag and the burgers just tossed on top very disrespectful specially when I pay good money for the food why charge me a lot for the food an treat it like it was an inconvenience Im about done with take out food all together the ppl that work there just dont care

Terrible service waited in drive thru for 35 minutes nobody in front of us. Only ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 chicken sandwichs. Asked for no mayo get home what do you know. Mayo on the sandwichs. Go back to have them re made 40 year old lady slamming the drive thru window door when asked to re make the sandwichs. Should be ashamed of herself but what do you expect probably the best job shes ever had and will have with that customer service

The last order was very wrong. Wrong sandwiches and no wraps. Substitute for chicken fries because no stock. Ice cream tastes bad. Lettuce was wilted. No tomatoes on my wraps after I did get them. Last order was also wrong. Very disappointing after driving home and realizing food was wrong. Then we tried to call and phone doesn't work. Can't complain when no one answers the phone. Extremely poor way to run a restaurant. We don't eat out much and when we spend the money it would be nice to at least get what we ordered. Feels like we were ripped off.
