        Hamilton Evaluations always does a fantastic job on behalf of my buyer and seller clients. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions that arise. They're easy to get a hold of, they show up when they say they will, and they turn around the reports in a timely manner. Their reports have proven to be accurate in my experience, which is critically important to me and my clients. Since Joel used to work for a county health department to permit the installation of well and septic systems, his knowledge is unsurpassed by any other local inspector that I know of. In the office, Lori is incredibly efficient and always ready to assist, making every interaction a pleasant one. While the rating system caps at 5 stars, their exceptional service certainly deserves more.
