        I recently switched to Reno Agency after 25+ years with my prior agency. Their prices were competitive but more importantly their service was top notch. My agent, Joe Buffin, was referred to me through a friend and was very helpful transferring me over. After only a few weeks with Reno and my wife & I were involved in an automobile accident that ended up totaling our vehicle. Joe made this normally painful and stressful process as easy and stress-free as it could be. The underwriter we were insured with, Auto-Owners, was also wonderful to work with. Everyone involved was quick to respond with all my questions and concerns and they quickly got me a rental car and insurance proceeds to us with almost no hassle. within 10 days from the accident I was able to purchase a new vehicle. I can't express enough how grateful I am. I HIGHLY recommend considering Joe & Reno Agency if you are looking for high levels of service and prompt communication.
