Hello, could you explain why you feel we are being rude? If you are having a problem with a torch we would be happy to troubleshoot the issue, often times people will think their device is broken but we are able to get them working, just bring the torch in. Yes torches and cartridge batteries (not vapes) are tested with our own cartridge to ensure they are free from defects out of the packaging. This is how we are able to reduce the number of issues our customers have with products. Warranties are provided by the manufacturer, if your product is indeed defective the manufacturer will replace the torch or device within the guidelines of their warranty. Please bare in mind accidentally damage is not covered by any warranties.
