        Jessica and her team are absolutely God sent! My sewer line collapsed and I was at a complete loss of what to do or how to handle the situation. The team came out immediately and not only did they help me but they continued to be supportive through out the entire mitigation process and really helped me keep my sanity. I could not imagine dealing with anyone else. Thank you to everyone at Rainbow Restoration at Waterford location because without you guys I dont think this process would have went as well without you all! If I could give you all 10 stars on this review I would! Services: Water removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Sewage cleanup, Plumbing

        My refrigerator water line had a tiny hole that led to some pretty serious water damage within my walls and flooring. My rainbow team, led by Justin, was polite, helpful, efficient, and easy to work with. He answered all my questions, took care of my home, cleaned up when they were done, and were in regular communication with me over the multiple days they had to work in my home. As I personally don't know who to call when things go wrong, Justin was able to make quality recommendations for a plumber and a reconstruction company to handle the next steps of the process. My interaction with the main office was also pleasant. They were polite and understanding of the stresses that the whole situation brought to me. Obviously I hope no one has to deal with water damage, but if it does happen, then I highly recommend giving Rainbow a call first
