Worth giving this vendor a shot at getting better!The site has plenty of options for flavor, and a website to order from. The DIY calculator is decent, not perfect. So far, neither the company or the store have answered my questions (this option is built into the site); but, I'm not sure about one, there is no way to find your questions and check for answers without remembering which vendor you queried.  Of course, for the one's I bought from; meh, nothing yet after 96 hours... and if I don't add or change this... make that never, or longer... The site is not friendly this way... that needs improved.No information of percentage of flavor needed, or even an estimate for where to start... in fact, you're lucky if you can get any info at all... The info is often there for some vendors... I'm sure they will be getting some attention from me.  We need the info folks!Very few reviews; of course, I will be leaving mine after I try the product... but I'm only one person (everyone needs to pitch in and help.)  Example: One flavor required about 10% to 15% of flavor to taste... OK, but not great.  I will leave that review. Is that concentrated?  Seems unlikely by much; rumors are that some need less... Don't know them yet; and tastes differ.. I'm happy if it tastes decent doesn't need to kick me in the face.Option exists to review individual vendors on the site; best if we do that too... Hop to it... ;-)  That might wake up a few of them... like I said, fairly new site.So, best I can say is that this place has a lot of potential to be a great place... Received my order in a reasonable amount of time. The DIY calculator helped me to figure out the mix ratios for each based on my personal settings. (Without vendor %flavor suggestions, it's pure guess work.  If you sign up, DIY calculator will save and load your DIY mix recipes from your computer, but I haven't tested their online save and load.what else... Orders are easy to find.  Easy to find a vendor if you have a preference.  This bears repeating... There are a lot of options for flavors!So far, some good, some not.
