Purchased rechargeable ecig which included two pods and was told if ANYTHING was wrong it would be returned.
One of the pods was defective so I returned it only to be told nothing they could do since 50% of the product worked.
Mgr. Ian was unapologetic and rude and refused to do anything except sell me more pods at my cost.
