Bob and Dave are true allies in the home buying process. Just finished a re-fi with Dave. So appreciate his attentiveness to my application. The whole process was handled within just a few weeks from start to finish. So appreciate Dave taking the extra step to make sure a required inspection was completed quickly by arranging for a next-day weekend inspection when the original inspector failed to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Well done Dave!!
