I called Amanda and Ed about 100 times with tiny changes in design. I cant believe how amazing it turned out. The actual application especially. My truck has weird contours and Ed made it look factory quality. This is the 4th truck they have done for me and Im more amazed each time. Thank you Eagle Graphics!!!

I share storage with a customer of Eagle Graphics. They did an amazing job on their mobile boutique. I was so impressed I couldnt wait to see what they would create for me. I called & on my first attempt I actually spoke with Amanda but any questions I asked she referred me to their website. She was kind of short with me in her responses so I didnt insist that I had already looked at her website before I called. Maybe the information was there and I overlooked itthe point is my simple queries were not important to her and what establishing rapport in business could bring I wanted to get a feel of the people I would be doing business with. So I went ahead and looked at their website thinking maybe I can set up an appointment with them for a consult. There was in fact an option on their website to email and they would get back I sent my queries there and waited but the reply never happened. I called them back later in the afternoon since no response from the morning and got voicemail so I left a message. The next afternoon still no response so I called again got voicemail but I hung up thinking I had already left a vm. Several days after still no response, I tried calling again and still only got v/m. This time I left a message asking are you still even open for business Im interested in a wrap for a trailer? I even emailed them again stating specifically I am very interested in getting a trailer wrapped. To my surprise she responded this time by email stating a link would follow to get started. I waited & waited & waited for the link that never came. I finally emailed that for about a week I have put great efforts to patronize their company but need to be able to communicate in a more timely fashion with a company that I plan to spend thousands with. Her response was she had medical issues and would only respond via email with a response time of 24hours??? (Never happened) and if that level of communication did not work for me that I should find another company to better suit me ummm Ok I will.
