        Bellbrook Condominiums contracted with Titan Pavement to resurface a pathway on our property in the fall of 2023. The workers were great, the pavement fine, but the grass beside the pathway was torn up and ruined. One of the workers told us that the grass would be put back as good as new. This did not happen. I contacted the sales rep several times. When he did come out, I was told that he hadnt budgeted for fill dirt etc. just grass and straw. Well, we hadn't budgeted for it either! Yes, grass ans straw were applied, but the ruts remain. Beware of what you need to be budgeted when you deal with Titan Pavement.

        It had been too long since I had my driveway coated. Titan patched my driveway (where needed), filled the cracks and coated with sealcoat and now it looks good again!
