Great Lakes Landscape Company Inc

I do not advise anyone to hire this company. Very unprofessional, and do a very bad quality job . Used them for snow removal for this year and so far we are very unhappy with the service. The driveway is full of snow still after they complete their job or they wait till the middle of the night to do it after it the snow freezes and will be difficult to remove . Will not hire them next year

I've been using Great Lakes every spring for well over 10 years now. They always do great work and have great ideas to "freshen things up". I often find it tough these days getting good help - everyone just wants to phone it in. But not these guys. Thanks again and see you next year!

Jason did an amazing job getting our mulch for us and at a great price. I would suggest this business without any hesitation.

Do not recommend!!! The company called me last year and said they would like my business. I told them that I would try them out for a year and see how it goes. Well instead of reaching out to me to ask how the service was and if I would like to continue with them, they AUTOMATICALLY showed up and sprayed my lawn without my knowledge. On top of this they raised the prices. I called the company no answer went to a voicemail. I didnt pay the bill and was finally called for a past due invoice. I explained I never agreed to the service and they said that my contract auto renews!!!! When I signed up originally I said I would give them a 1 year trial. They told me they have over 4000 customers and cant call to see if people want to keep the service!! Since they have more customers than they can handle for good customer service they dont need mine!!! I DO NOT recommend if you dont want auto renewal and increased prices without verbal or written authorization!!!
