        Arand definitely was doing his best to try to keep me as a customer, but I felt lead on a bit when I was told I could keep my policy when farmers canceled on me. Due to some cosmetic issues with my house that was found by an agent my policy has been cancelled without communication. Received an email I opened it up it showed my policy and not a notice of cancellation. Got the actual notice in the mail. I talked with Arand because why did this happen no commutation on why. I was told I could fix it then send proof to have my policy back. The window is one month and I don't have enough time to fix these issues and I don't feel comfortable trying too when I need insurance ASAP. I also received my refund in the mail so I think keeping my policy is not possible... I guess if you have a brand new house farmers will be a great insurance company for you. I felt like a lost cause.

      Hello Henry,Thank you for taking your time to write the review. I wish there was more I could have done for you to keep you as a customer. However, there are limits to what I, or any other agent can do, and deadlines set by the company is one of the things no agent in the world can change. However, fixing the "cosmetic issues" shouldn't have required as much time and I do not believe I mislead you on anything, as proven by the detailed email i sent to you with inspection report and pictures of the damages, as well as a roadmap you could have followed to reinstate the policy. You could have simply sent me a signed contract by a licensed contractor and that would have given you the whole year to fix the issues. Also, the check that was sent out could have been simply ignored by you, and the policy left in place as it has been the case with many other similar cases.Regards,Arand
