Main Street Bicycles

Amazing customer service. I had a bolt on a bike post/seat snap in half and couldnt find a replacement anywhere. Stopped by Main Street Bicycles today hoping they had the means to repair the bike seat/post. It turned out, there was a piece of hardware missing completely unbeknownst to me. I didnt catch the gentlemans name that helped me but he was able to swap out the bike post and set me up with a complete hardware set to complete the repair. Thank you so incredibly much! I didnt even know this shop existed, and am looking forward to stopping in again soon as Ive gained an interest in cycling. Storefront is clean, staff is friendly, and they have tons of merchandise! A++++

Honestly, if you are getting your first bike, go somewhere else. This store does not offer a return/exchange policy. I found that out after I paid. Should have been explained to me before paying. A lot of bike shops have return/exchange policies within a certain amount of time..I mean you can even return a car within 3 days.Do your homework on where you buy your bikes from. If you do decide to purchase a bike from here, make sure you are 2000% comfortable with the size of the bike regardless of what the sales person says during the sizing process.

Ive been going to this bike shop for years. Recently, I purchased a new bike, Specialized Rockhoppper Expert ( thank you Nathan and Adam).My husband and I have visited the shop several times for different services. This team is the best Ive ever encountered in any type of the service industry. Can you say AMAZING customers service? They get it. Hats off to the manager who also oversees the Lake Orion location. Can't say enough about my experience. Thank you Main Street Bike Shop team- you guys rock!

I had an excellent experience with Main Street Bicycles I wanted an Ebike and I have one now and I love it. I left with all the information I needed to adventure right away. I highly reccomend. Great service very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys

This is my new bike shop! They treat you like family and want you back on your bike ASAP. The owners Steve and Ann will go out of their way to accommodate you. Nathaniel is the BEST mechanic! Hes a serious roadie. If you want quality mechanical care, proper shoe fitting and bike fit this is your store. The shop has a positive energy and they invite you on rides. :) Rose
