Classic Turf and Tree

I had a very positive interaction yesterday with Scott Philips, a Classic Turf technician. Scott spent the time to "educate" me about some of my lawn issues. He clearly conveyed the things that I could do as well as what Classic Turf would do, so we could work as partners on maintaining my lawn. To sum it up, Scott is a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly guy. We have been Classic Turf customers for nearly 20 years and it's because of the service and value that we receive. Have used this company for a few years and my lawn has never looked good.  This year after the first application, I decided to cancel the remainder of the year.  I was told the figure I would receive less the fee for one application.  Instead they refunded less than the amount quoted due to a made up a 20% for admin fee. Paperwork does not state this - Kevin who I spoke to never stated this !!  Sounds pretty crooked to me - made up fees !!!

I hired this company for Organic lawn care. After new ownership took over, I began receiving a totally different product on my lawn.  Following two applications my lawn had severe chemical burns. No one either in person or at the office would tell me what product was put on my lawn. The employees that were sent out to repair and reseed the burns were so hostile and rude I asked them to leave the property. After doing the repairs myself and complaining to both the owner and the office manager, I was told I would receive a credit for the total paid thus far. I continued to receive bills for a past due amount. I wrote two separate notes on each bill received explaining the owner had said he would credit and close the account. Today, I received a collection notice for the same. Total hassle and horrible customer service.
