Brought SUV in for maintenancethey took the car and told me that I might as well leave it because they had to diagnose the problem. I signed a document that I would pay $180 for diagnosing the problem. They called like an hour later and said that they fixed it, a simple heat shield had fallen loose and was scraping on the exhaust. Came back in, and was told that my total price was $180.00 + $18.00..forbolting on a heat shield. I mean, cmon. That was a minuscule repair and you had to make sure that you charged me $18.00 for some washers (literally just normal washer, I looked under the car) on TOP of that $180.00. At the end of the day, I get it, I signed the document. Ya got me, I will pay you $180.00. But dont expect me to ever return for service. I know that it took you 5 minutes of work. And charging me another $18.00 on top of that for some washers??? Look at my service records. I have meticulously maintained my truck at Toyota dealerships for years. Wont be maintaining it at your dealership, thats for sure. Ive never been nickel and dimed like this before. What makes it even funnier is that one of your employees approached me about the great condition of my truck and asked if he could make an offer on buying it because its so clean and you dont have enough Toyotas on the lot. And then you guys proceed to..charge me $200 bucks for a loose heat shield. Two stars, its not one star because the maintainer did fix the very minor issue. I know its not him setting these ridiculous rates.

I had my Camry serviced at a different dealership, which failed to fix the car correctly. I took it Golling where it was repair correctly. Thank you MaryAnn and Golling. I will see you all again.

Excellent service and Chris is so knowledgeable and helpful. All of my questions were answered honestly. This is the best Toyota dealer Ive ever been to.
