Rented a 5x8 trailer. Service was very efficient - staff were professional and easy to work with. The whole process went very smoothly.

Service was horrible, yesterday was given a truck with a broken fuel level, ran out of gas on 696 when the dashboard said 53 miles till Empty, called a tow company they filled us up enough to get us to a near gas station put more Gas in still at 53 left to Empty. Dropped off today and the person at the drop off was rude and hassled us about it and said that we're sketchy. Absolutely rude to us I would recommend not coming to this place at all.

Zero stars. Went to pick up a auction unit and the kid asked to see my email. Verify that I won the unit. The district manager or someone there giving a lecture to like 10+ associates there.... I said who in charge... why is this guy asking to see my personal email. He insisted he must or he can't let me purchase the unit. I ask his direct super visor if he thinks that's ok. He said ya it's how we do it. I have a valid driver license that is all that is required.Ive bought tons of units. The kid laughed why would I tell them my emails its my personal information and I had my license on hand. IHe claims then that it was just payed for and the unit was no longer available . All while laughing how it just sold. I walked out the building pissed this kid is trying to lie to me, to make me leave... I go back in insist on proof of repurchase they claimed that happen. I tell them it's fraud. Then they sell me the locker and after all that it was there manager special filled to the brim with mattresses this place is a crooked as they get. 14 matresses and 4 stoves. Atleast post it being your manager special. Hidden 14 matress.

After getting no propane service at Gratiot and Frazho, I came here and was helped right away. Employee AND trainee came out immediately and got me on my way. Did everything right
