My son was referred to this office for his asthma. There was an miscommunication with the medication and an insurance. It is now June 2023 and since February 2023 I've been going back and forth with a woman named Donna and the people that work at Tezspire. The people at Tezspire have told me on 4-5 different phone calls that this doctor's office needs to contact them in order for my son to get his medication. Since Donna knows it all she won't reach out to them. I'll be taking my son to a different pulmonary doctor. I don't know why she couldn't just reach out to that office for his medication. It's just sad.
