Detroit Muffler and Brakes

Been going here for a while for regular maintenance and got into a little fender bender accident. Took her to where I went regularly which was Detroit Muffler, it took them a while to get her back pretty but the wait and price was definitely worth it. Some people even told me it looked brand new. He also gave me $10 dollars for a car wash Thank you guys sooooooo much for making her look pretty again. Give these guys a chance, you wont be disappointed.

Had a great experience getting my suspension fixed. As a female it can be scary. However they took their time and showed me exactly what was broken and made my car safe again. I will definitely refer family and friends any chance I get.

I had taken my car to Detroit Muffler & Brakes Inc on 02/21/24 for a safety check on what repairs needed to be done on my 2013 Ford Edge so it would be safe and road worthy. They looked it over and gave me an estimate on what needed to be fixed and or replaced and let me know that the repairs would be $2500. I told the worker that I'd return to get the repairs done, so I called the business on 02/22/24 and agreed to the repairs and dropped the vehicle off to be fixed. They called me back the same day and told me the car was ready to be picked up and that the vehicle was already test driven by one of their employees and everything was good as new. I arrived at the business, signed all the paperwork and paid the company for their services. When I started driving down the street the vehicle began shaking so I returned to the business and let them know about the issue. They ended up telling me that my transmission was the reason it was shaking, I told the worker that it shifted perfectly fine when I dropped it off to them and that I've never had any prior issues with the transmission. He told me that there's nothing else that they can do to fix the shaking and that it was something that I needed to get repaired. I would not recommend this place to anyone that's looking for car repairs.
