I brought my truck into motor City Auto repair. I explained to them the problem it was doin. It was blowing white smoke out the tail pipe and the inside of the cab filled with smoke. It keeps shaking after I drive for a min when I stop and stalls. The driver side back tire is wobbly. They charge me $1,688.77 and did not fix the problem the only thing they did was stop the smoke from coming in my cab. The Cadillac converter with smoking after I picked it up. They let my four foot 11 in wife get in my truck and drive away knowing they did not fix the problem. Needless to say my truck is back in the shop. They told me they cannot find The problem that it's doing. But they will not listen and take it for a test drive

There services were unmatched. In my time of need they not only took care of me w/a brand new tire but I was able to get a flush and oil change as well, on the spot. There pricing was standard but the are willing to work with you in many different ways, they even offer a free tow for vehicle as long as you get your auto repair done w/there company. They honestly are a life saver and I will be bring my car here only from now on. Ask for KALL I promise you wont be disappointed.

I been waiting so I could give a five star review but sadly
I'm a very frustrated customer. I recently had work done on my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan Sxt. I took my car too them because I noticed some issues dealing with my heating panel controls in my car and some burnt smell etc while at work and a coworker suggested that I go to them since it was near my job and she used them before for her brakes I believe she said. So, I done just that and took it in on my way too work on February 29,2023. And customer service is awesome. An Henry the front desk mechanic was very helpful and understanding of all my concerns. He even helped me with a discount and helped me get a loan for some of the repairs as well as a ride to the shop and home that first day I took my car to them.
So here we are March 28,2024 and I got off work again to my car losing coolant and car driving funny and I'm still paying my repair loan off and I'm still having the same issus with the car. So I go underneath my hood with my camera phone again to see what's going on and noticed my coolant low and coolant everywhere in the back of my engine area again after just getting my car back 7-8 days ago. Which my car was towed back to the shop on the 19th of March, got it back March 20th and today March28,2024.
March 20,2024 , They Only had me pay for my parts seeing that this was another return visit but this time my car had to be towed back too the shop because my check engine light came on and my throttle body light came on and my temperature gauge on my car completely dropped to the C/ cold gauge, I smelled a burnt smell and I told them several times it happens when I adjust my heating switches in my car when driving and I don't think my radiator fan working. I even asked was it a relay or hoses leak.
Soo, I was told it was a coolant sensor and a radiator cap and told that was the problem and charged for parts only by Henry, and Ali. An the guy Ali was giving me dry attuide with lack of concern. So it made me feel some type of way seeing that I'm just a frustrated customer. But I never once been disrespectful to him or staff about my concerns. But I guess I was working his nerves by asking questions and trying to make them understand me wanting my car fixed correctly since I'm paying for it. But anywho, I was told by Ali and Henry that I shouldn't have any problems and the parts they put on should be the fix. An Henry said if I do have any questions or problems call. But at this point I'm frustrated, and I have a lack of trust and I'M irritated an I don't have any money left to do anything else to this car right now.
Yes, my van is old and, I know it's gonna be problems but this is crazy too take your car to the shop several times for the same issue and u getting everything fix but the problem you went for in the first place smfh.
I'm over it at this point I'm parking my van until I can get the money to get the repairs done correctly. I can't drive my car like that. My coolant leaking from somewhere and why I can see it and they can't is puzzling to me.
