Steak wrap is delicious onion rings were great !! The presentation was great and drink sweet tea was a nice pair with the meal .

I ordered the Chicken Swarmma and the downtown fries. The Swarmma is OK at best.... the downtown fries were absolutely terrible! They are extremely bland and their special sauce is anything but special? Maybe the kitchen is out of salt? Whoever put this together didn't try at all. So now my first visit with you guys will also be my last.

Ordered my food online get there isn't ready 10 min goes by nobody cooking finally a guy asks me if that's my order I'm like are you kidding me? You told me when I got here it was almost done terrible customer service

I live in Lansing and I came to try out city burger the ranch was amazing the burger was amazing the Cajun fries were amazing food is 100% worth its price. Kaleb was a workers name there and he was a great worker. Customer service is a 11/10
