Went to the Berkley office. Great experience from A to Z. Every single person I interacted with was attentive, respectful, kind, competent, and professional. If you need a foot/ankle specialist, look no further. Highly recommend.

Nurse said she wasnt good at drawing blood so I had to get an appointment at a lab. They lost my results and when found, too much time had passed so I had to go do another blood draw at a lab. Lost these results as well. After several phone calls and no return call, they were found addressed to one of the other doctors in that office. Office called about an appointment I had with them to see how a script was working... I had not even been given a script yet. Overall bad experience ended up with months of silence and confusion. Ended up on a script for 2 months with no follow up so just stopped taking it. I will not be going back

The front desk people need to behave themselves. When I made the appointment they never told me I needed referral from my primary care doctor. When I went to the office the lady very rudely said I tried to call u but couldnt reach ur number and I need to come back some other day with the referral. I never received any call from her. Secondly they said they couldnt find my insurance. I use that insurance all the time. That was the only place where they couldnt find my insurance. I felt like they didnt even wanted to talk to me and my dad, and as if we were committing any crime by going to their office. Well, never going back to them and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go there!! Specially if you are a PERSON OF COLOR.
