Im sure theyre nice guys, but, they really dont take customer service very seriously, as in zero communication. When youre looking to do a $4k gear job and the ppl doing the work wont even print out a parts and labor estimate after you request one, they tell you that your parts are on there way when there not, dont call you back to update you on progress, its a good sign you should probably look elsewhere for a shop. After a month of getting the shoulder and being told that my parts were ordered and on the way they finally admitted they couldnt get them, I gave up on WGA and went to Drivetrain Specialists Instead.
