The salesman are very knowledgeable about how the different bedding systems & your preferences, size & weight react to levels of firmness or softer foundation support systems. I bought online without trying in store & I didn't converse with a professional, getting expert information & advice. They want you to be comfortable, & time is $$, especially if choosing improper support.. Thanks to NICK he has educated myself & I'm a lifetime customer with TRUE SLEEP!!

Let me Begin by saying that I am really not the type of person to go out of my way and make a review about anything, but my experience here with Nick put me at ease. I was full of hesitation going in but that didn't last long. All of the concerns that I had prior were gone in no time. They couldn't be more friendly and It feels like they actually care. I Recommend going here 1000%

Nick was very helpful. Friendly Z no pressure. Excellent choice of products. Clean, brightly lit store, easily located on Woodward. Next time we are seeking a Mattress, we will be coming back!
Also, their pillow selections are VERY nice!

Went to True Sleep because I was interested in a Puffy Mattress, and they had them on display. Nick was great. He was knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions, and when I decided to buy, he matched all the offers on the internet. Great experience, he was not a pushy salesman, he was honest and knowledgable. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new mattress.
