My 20+ year old snowblower crashed and I was in need of help. Mike helped me and gave me A+ service; helping with a new snowblower, competitively priced, and their own service department to stand behind the manufacturer warranty. I bought this an hour before the snowstorm began, and this was delivered and in my garage ready to use for the storm. Friendly, professional, and focused on the customer. Also, as a side note Ive been bringing my garden and shop tools there for years to be sharpened in their shop! That got me on the door to even look! They focus on professional, but cater to the homeowner as well. They know their stuff and they are my new best friends. Thank you Mike and have my future business and recommendation.

Only called for information. Wanted to know if they service lawnmowers. Said there's a $50 deposit, and a two week wait before they can look at it. It's a push lawnmower, not a BMW. Auto shops fix whole cars in less than two weeks. So $50 in advance to wait two weeks to fix a gas push lawnmower...
