        Called ahead to ensure lab took both Medicare and his secondary insurance. Person who answered phone assured me if not, we'll bill you -exactly what we were trying to avoid. Otherwise, staff was prompt and professional. Registration, drawing blood and exiting went promptly and smoothly.
