        BUYER BEWARE. Don't let their charm scam you. This place will say anything to make a sale and will not back their word. Sold me a p.o.s necklace that isint even worth half of what I bought it for. Now I'm concerned that my wedding ring I bought from them is worth less than the dirt on the bottom of my shoe. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

      Shannon, we are sorry that you felt unhappy due to us not meeting your expectations. When you purchased the chain 2 years ago you were under the impression that we would buy it back anytime at full price which is something we have never done or could do and hope to stay in business. Once a piece of jewelry is bought and worn, we will never resell that item as new. The only thing we can do in this situation is buy it as scrap gold which we guarantee to pay more than anyone. If you do not want the necklace and want to sell it to us as a gold buy sale, then that is a service we offer. As explained to you, gold is sold and bought by its weight, so the value of what we would buy it for is based on the current (sometimes changes daily) going rate of gold times the gram weight of the gold piece self.
