        Dr B is great, very attentive and kind. He's very personable and easy to speak with. He actually sits down and listens and takes time to explain everything.. I gave the 4 stars bcuz of the difficulty in speaking to someone in his office. You can't get through to anyone actually in his office. Everything is done by calling and leaving a message with someone and they email the person u r trying to speak with or they use a real time messaging service and they pass along the message. It is all frustrating and TOO time consuming..Other than that everything else is fine .

        My experience was wonderful. In terms of the medical teams preparation for that visit in a very professional manner. The same applies to the doctor in all respects, as I was somewhat hesitant to undergo the operation, but the doctor showed me the truth, left me the freedom to choose, and gave me a feeling of safety and hope. I am grateful to Dr. Blacher and his wonderful team.
