Ciamillo Heating & Cooling

We had Ciamillo's come out to move our boiler for us. When we called we talked to Christina who was super friendly and helpful. She sent one of her guys out right away to see if they were capable of doing the job (the boiler is SUPER old and rusted wasn't sure if it could even be done) Nick came out to our house. He explained what he would do in order for the boiler to be moved safely. He came back a few days later with his crew. This group of guys were so wonderful! Very professional, friendly, and personable. Both times they were here they made sure they went over everything with us before and after they did the job. The only regret that I have is not finding them sooner to do the other work that we had done in our basement. Thank you for making this nightmare with our basement go a little smoother. I will definitely pass your name on and you will be the 1st we call in the future!

Ciamillo Heating and Cooling over charged me for a repair that they created. They send out an inexperienced repair person that caused a water backup that ruined our furnaces control board. They denied it and charged us $575.00 for a new one. That part can be purchased for $215.00. The owner wouldnt even work out a compromise with us when I offered to split the charge with them. Stay clear of these guys!
