I just got an upgrade and a few days ago and had so many problems because of this store , when I first bought the phone it wouldnt let me transfer my stuff and I took it back to the store and the salesperson said it was because i didnt let the phone charge . the phone still didnt work when i got home so I had to call metro customer service and they told me the Phone was never activated , i didnt even receive a box or charger with rhe $350 i paid for . I take it back to the store the next day and tell them I bought the phone yesterday and he jumps through hoops telling me I have to pay another $15 on top of rhe $350 and $25 activation fee Ive already paid prior & couldnt give me an answer as to why . Come to find out it was all their fault , but the salesperson still made me feel like an inconvenience. All in all , I wouldnt recommend this store to a dog . A very annoying experience.
