As a new customer, I'm going to remember the horrible customer experience I had for years to come! If they have a problem with me posting this negative review, they can speak to me in person when I go in today to resolve this matter, since they don't answer the phone when you call the store. Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After being on the phone with Corporate offices for over an hour as they tried to switch my plan, the call was 1dropped! Now my brand new phone has no service, I can't even call back the office, nor can they call me back! I tried to reach them with my old phone and still no luck. They lied to me in the store when I first went there, saying they had no cheaper monthly plan than $75. I had to speak with the corporate office just to find out they have a prepaid unlimited for $50 plus tax. Also, the store manager Em has a serious attitude problem, as she's fond of walking away from customers when they're having a problem. Also they misquoted my bill, causing my phone to be shut off temporarily due to insufficient funds.
