        We've been here twice and a bad experience every time. All they want you to do is buy a new phone. They wont try resolving any issue you're having. Guy said after not being able to solve any problem we had today and having to take our day to switch companies to leave him a 5 star review lol. You know its bad when hes begging for good reviews. I'll never even use tmobile again.
