If giving NO STARS was an option I wouldve done it!! Horrible customer service. Came to look and possibly purchase a 2010 Dodge Journey. It had 109,000 exact on it. Thinking the miles were rolled back on the vehicle. The salesman didn't know the price posted on the internet, tried to sell for a higher price. Need new employees. Give scammer vibes. Terrible Terrible service the way!!

Had a car picked out and purchase agreement from the credit union sent to them, we went to pick up the car and they sold the car from under my daughter, I will not recommend or purchase here, these guys are shifty, also make sure you get a CarFax report, all of these cars has been in some kind of accident.

Terrible service I had a 700 credit score a co signer which was my mom they didnt put her on the car therefore I didnt get approved I am a 29 years of age black male they were acting weird about me wanting the Lincoln on the lot didnt put my co signer used my one check stub and I didnt get approved I had my down payment everything was in order they just did not want me to get approved for the car I wanted and I didnt get approved because of my income which I had a co signer for !

After several weeks of car shopping for the right car, we worked out a deal on a car with Ivan that I loved, got a purchase agreement and told him when we'd be in to pick the car up since we live an hour away. He conveniently didn't sign the agreement so it wasn't legally binding. Because he and "the owner" weren't happy with the deal we struck, the car was sold from under us. Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right.
Cannot NOT recommend this place enough. Looks like we may have dodged a bullet though.
