The customer service at this citizens' bank is complete garbage. March eleventh, I went to this location to deposit a check and make a withdrawal. The teller messed that up, and she got the withdrawal amount wrong. Then, to cover up her mistake, (she) made a second deposit into my account, called to complain about this transaction, and citizens took no responsibility! I encourage all who have negative experiences with any customer service. Voice your opinion because they're not gonna take responsibility via complaints!!!

Today was the LAST STRAW. I cant keep constantly being inconvenienced. This bank is horrible. The weather isnt even bad and all branches are closed. The rain is literally melting the snow. We arent experiencing freezing temperatures. I guess they just wanted a free day off. I dont like to do deposits through their junk ATMs because they dont count the money correctly. Ive had to call to have the ATM audited for missing funds on 4 different occasions. I have 5 accounts with this bank and theyre being CLOSED TOMORROW. This is extremely unprofessional. People need access to their banks and once you guys woke up and realized that the forecast wasnt spot on you shouldve called employees in to work! Im done doing business with you guys. DONE! To add insult to injury I just called Chase on Dequindre (the one thats next to Citizens) to see if theyre open, and OF COURSE THEY ARE. I guess they value the needs of their customers.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I come here pretty often and never have a long wait and the staff are very helpful and kind.
