Management at this branch is terrible. The main Manager Nala Kanou is very rude and RACIST she gave me the worst experience ever so bad I had to close down my bank account down avoid dealing with her very unprofessional didnt even have the courtesy to help me with the problem she caused me because of her I wasnt able to access my funds or get on my online banking for almost 30 days worst manager ever didnt bother to help or give me any information had to do all the work on my own with customer service please avoid dealing this branch until theres a new management.

Someone tried making an unauthorized purchase on my mother's card. I had to go down to straighten things out. A little miscommunication between the company and the branch because I was a POA on how to handle the situation.

Zero star for this branch , Nahla kanou is so rude woman didn't respect people ,talking rude , and if u have problem, she will ask you to find another bank... If you have something or you need help, don't talk to **Nahla kanou**
